We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance to support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in their finance career while playing an integral role in the financial health of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Support in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and journal entries
- Support internal and external audits by gathering required documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting
- Conduct basic financial analysis to assist decision-making
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role preferred
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
