The Client Applications Specialist is responsible for the structured execution and operational oversight of application workflows for residence and citizenship programs. The role focuses on managing end-to-end submission cases and documentation quality, ensuring that all cases meet the relevant framework requirements, internal standards, and regulatory expectations. 

Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and organize client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with program and regulatory requirements
  • Manage the structured processing of client case files from onboarding through final submission and post-submission follow-up
  • Track case progress across defined application stages and ensure timely advancement through each phase
  • Act as the primary coordination point for application-related communication with clients and external advisors
  • Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance risks and initiate corrective actions promptly
  • Liaise with internal operational, legal, and compliance teams to resolve application issues and confirm submission clearance
  • Support application quality control through adherence to internal procedures, checklists, and review standards
 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in case management, client onboarding, application processing, or operational client services roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g. financial services, investment migration, legal, insurance, or professional services)
  • English proficiency is required 
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining consistent quality and deadline 
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills focused on accuracy and clarity rather than sales or persuasion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
