This role is focused on driving execution, coordination, and operational follow-through. The Business Manager will ensure that ideas, discussions, and key decisions are translated into clear action plans and implemented effectively across the organization. By maintaining structure and accountability across multiple projects, the role plays a critical part in ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic operational partner to the Head of Private Client Advisory, supporting the delivery of key initiatives, projects, and business priorities.
- Attend meetings as required, capturing key discussions, identifying action points, and ensuring timely follow-up on agreed outcomes.
- Translate strategic discussions, ideas, and meeting outputs into structured tasks, projects, and actionable initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, timely execution, and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure the effective implementation of projects.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities to ensure commitments and strategic objectives are met.
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives aimed at strengthening business growth, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare the Head of Private Client Advisory for Board meetings and strategic discussions by synthesizing complex information into clear, high-level briefings.
- Prioritize activities and ensure the executive focus remains on the firm’s highest-impact opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and operational management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a structured and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management, business management, consulting, or similar strategic or operational roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution across complex projects.
- Proven ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on oversight of day-to-day project delivery.
- Full professional fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Flexibility with working hours and work days to match Head of Private Client Advisory schedule.
