We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to design, develop, and deliver bespoke training programs. This role will enhance sales strategies, relationship management, and leadership capabilities across Henley & Partners’ global business locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, leadership coaching, and multicultural team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs tailored to the needs of individuals and teams across Henley & Partners.
  • Acquire accreditation to facilitate third-party training programs and coaching methodologies.
  • Conduct impactful training sessions focused on sales strategies, relationship building, and leadership skills to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Henley Academy team to create bespoke knowledge and skills modules for our in-house e-learning platform.
  • Partner with senior management to assess and address the development needs related to sales, communication, client relationships, and leadership across multicultural teams.
  • Utilize diverse instructional methods (in-person, virtual workshops, e-learning, role-playing) to engage participants effectively.
  • Provide one-on-one and group mentoring, coaching, and feedback to enhance performance and career development.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment that respects cultural diversity and encourages collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and sales technologies to keep training content cutting-edge.
  • Offer post-training support to ensure sustained behavioral change and continuous development.

Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of proven success in professional or financial services sales, with strong client-facing experience and at least 5 years of experience in corporate sales training, leadership development, and/or coaching, preferably in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in adapting training programs for diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, leadership principles, and team dynamics within financial or professional services industries.
  • Relevant certifications in sales training or leadership development are advantageous (e.g., The Challenger Sale, Performance Coaching).
  • Strong ability to design and deliver training programs that cater to various learning styles and skill levels.
