The Senior Project Manager focuses on translating leadership priorities into structured plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and supporting execution across key business areas.
Working closely with senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager helps coordinate projects, improve internal processes, and maintain momentum on high-impact projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
Support the Group CEO in executing strategic priorities and key business initiatives.
Coordinate and attend important internal and external meetings as needed, ensuring clear follow-up and action tracking.
Assist in commercial discussions and negotiations, contributing to preparation, analysis, and documentation.
Partner with the Executive Committee to help translate leadership decisions into actionable project plans.
Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are clearly defined and met.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to improve performance.
Take a hands-on approach when required to help unblock projects or resolve operational challenges.
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations by synthesizing complex information into clear insights for leadership meetings.
Help manage the day-to-day coordination of the CEO’s office priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact projects.
Monitor project progress and organizational feedback to proactively flag potential risks or alignment issues.
Support special projects such as market expansions, new initiatives, or internal process improvements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field from a leading university. An MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, or a senior operational role within a professional services or corporate environment.
- A proven track record of managing complex negotiations and a deep understanding of the levers that drive business profitability.
- Experience influencing senior executives and Board-level stakeholders to reach consensus on difficult decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-level strategy while simultaneously overseeing the practical, day-to-day details of project delivery.
- Full professional fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently, 50% of the time.
