The Real Estate Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. This includes guiding clients through the transaction process, providing market insights, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of the local property market.Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential and/or commercial properties
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Advise clients on market conditions and property prices.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers
- Prepare and review documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and financing options.
- Maintain relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
- Ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P's services
- Assist the Letting Team when and as the need arises
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a Real Estate sales position.
- In possession of a Real Estate license.
- Maltese driving license.
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English is a must
- Knowledge of local property market trends.
- Strong networks that allow for business development
- Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry is considered a plus
- Demonstrate strong marketing acumen (or desire to learn), including proactive use of CRM systems, online marketing initiatives, and high-quality brochure and promotional material design to drive engagement and lead generation.
