About the Consultant Role:
As a Consultant, you will be an ambassador for Henley & Partners, building and nurturing relationships with intermediary and direct clients. Your primary focus will be converting leads into client cases by providing exceptional customer service, a premier onboarding experience, and world-class migration advisory services.
This job posting is only targeted at applicants currently staying in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning, addressing client objectives (e.g., EB-5, Canada residency, European Golden Visa etc.).
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients and intermediary partners to raise awareness of Henley & Partners' services.
  • Research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team on initial due diligence to assess suitability and mitigate risks.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales and application processing journey.
  • Achieve a high conversion rate of sales leads into Henley & Partners clients.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.
  • Expand the contact database to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and programs to engage prospects effectively.
  • Diligently document prospect and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Represent Henley & Partners professionally at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • >3 years of customer-facing sales experience preferred, ideally in migration, investment, insurance, law, banking, wealth management, or direct sales to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is highly valued.
  • Established personal network for business development.
  • Multilingual skills and territorial-specific experience are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese are required. Proficiency in Mandarin language is optional but a plus point.
  • Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and diplomacy skills.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyse client data and develop tailored solutions.
