The primary role of the Assistant Relationship Manager is to support the Malta team in the processing of applications, ensuring accurate document compilation, scanning, and coordination of administrative requirements for government submissions.
 

Responsibilities

  • The role requires expertise across the entire residency and citizenship program portfolio offered by H&P as well as the ability to be able to support other ancillary requirements when needed
  • Scan and organize physical documents into electronic filing systems.
  • Maintain and update digital filing systems for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Assist with document creation and formatting as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry and photocopying.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills - full English business proficiency is required
  • Ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell H&P's services
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
  • Degree level of education
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry
