About the Role:
This role requires excellent time and task management skills and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Able to foresee problems and prevent them by taking action and effectively interpret and anticipate Client needs.

The main duties include:

  •  ​​​​​Serve as the primary contact to assist foreign clients on the complex and detail-oriented application process for  Greek Residency Permit
  • Meet clients, organize visits with Real Estate Developers, and accompany clients to all administrative tasks needed for the application
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communication, and issue remediation
  • Perform the full range of support duties including data entry, filing, phone reception, checking application forms; review and proofread agreements and other relevant documents
  • Produce activity reports, revise, and recommends changes in application procedures to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor deadlines and keep track with CRM database
  • Observe completeness of applications, identify errors and make sure the applications are up to the required standard
  • Keep accurate and timely communication with Head of Greek Program as well as with other colleagues; assists them with specific administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Experience in Finance or Business Administration would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Greek Real Estate Market
  • Experience with multi-level client relations.
  • Commercial, proactive and client-oriented approach.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Ability to work independently, with focus and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM
