The Senior Group Treasury Manager is responsible for supporting the Group Treasury function in planning, coordinating, and overseeing treasury initiatives across the Group. The role will also include working closely with the Group Head of Finance on treasury operations, reporting to senior management, and the development and maintenance of treasury policies, procedures, and guidelines.

The Senior Group Treasury Manager is responsible for supporting the Group Treasury function in planning, coordinating, and overseeing treasury initiatives across the Group. The role will also include working closely with the Group Head of Finance on treasury operations, reporting to senior management, and the development and maintenance of treasury policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of treasury initiatives across the Group, ensuring alignment with the Group's financial strategy.
- Oversee group-wide cash management and liquidity planning.
- Including monitoring cash positions and preparing cash flow forecasts.
- Manage and maintain banking relationships, including the coordination of banking facilities, guarantees, and treasury services across the Group.
- Oversee treasury operations, including payment processes, cash pooling arrangements, and intercompany funding structures.
- Prepare and present treasury reports, liquidity analyses, and financial updates to senior management.
- Monitor and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, liquidity, and counterparty risk exposures.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Group treasury policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance across all entities.
- Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Group Finance and other departments to support financial planning, operational initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements in treasury operations, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and transparency across the Group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field professional qualification (e.g. ACCA. CFA, ACT) is an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial management, preferably in a multinational or group environment.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
- Understanding of financial risk management, including foreign exchange and liquidity risk.
- Experience in developing treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in treasury/ERP systems and advanced Excel: Middle East or UAE experience is an advantage.
Conditions of Employment:
- Competitive base salary.
- Full-time employment with probation period of 6 months.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- 25 days of annual leave.
- Health Insurance.
