We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented a Controller to join our team. This role combines elements of financial control, business process analysis, and operational support. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, capable of identifying business efficiencies while ensuring financial integrity across our operations. This position will be responsible for reviewing and following up on business processes and documentation, supporting revenue, accounting, and audit activities, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze business processes in CRM to identify revenue opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors (CAs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure documentation is current and fees and policies are correctly applied.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of Revenue processes, funds, real estate, and internal reports with team members.
  • Support revenue postings, revenue and cost deferrals, and accruals.
  • Review accounting processes with accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist auditors and accountants during audits and financial reviews.
  • Identify and implement improvements in business processes and financial workflows.
  • Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.
  • Serve as backup for the Finance and Operations Manager and junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or 3 years in financial controlling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; Advanced proficiency in English required.
  • Proficient in accounting principles and software.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up and ensure completion of tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a drive to follow up on open issues.
  • Self-motivated, determined, and capable of taking ownership of processes.
