Job Purpose
The Real Estate Marketing Assistant supports global property transactions by providing Client Advisors and Relationship Managers with accurate, up-to-date market data and partnership opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist clients in the buying and selling of residential and/or commercial properties globally.
• Support Client Advisors and Relationship Managers by providing timely and accurate information on current real estate products and global real estate partners.
• Where appropriate, advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and property opportunities.
• Assist the Global Head of Real Estate with administrative, marketing, and coordination tasks.
• Proactively update and maintain marketing materials, including email templates, websites, brochures, and other promotional collateral.
• Conduct lead generation strategies and campaigns through CRM systems.
• Engage and collaborate with Henley & Partners’ global offices.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate documentation such as contracts, agreements, and supporting materials.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Henley & Partners’ services.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Malta real estate team as and when required
Key Skills and Experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese is essential.
• Knowledge of or experience within the investment migration or immigration by investment industry is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated strong marketing acumen or a clear desire to learn, including:
o Proactive use of CRM systems
o Online and digital marketing initiatives
o Creation and coordination of high-quality brochures and
promotional materials to drive engagement and lead generation
Personal Qualities
• Strong awareness of fundamental business principles.
• Genuine interest in real estate, global investment, and investment migration.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and nurture multi-level professional relationships.
• Enjoyment of sales and marketing-oriented environments.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
