We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team in Malta. 
You will perform all activities required in terms of compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program. This includes assisting in the buiding and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum customer acquistion, retention and income generation. The role requires expertise across the entire residency and citizenship program portfolio offered by H&P as well as the ability to support other ancillary requirments when needed. The RM is expected to deliver world-class, industry leading customerservice to new and existing clients.

Responsabilities
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communication and issue remediation;
- Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the firm and its offerings with clients needs;
- Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application;
- Advocate the day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed;
- Assisting RMs in setting up appointments and maintaining client relationshiop with established jurisdictional targets

Qualifications
- 2 years´s + experience of account management within investments, insurance, private bank or wealth management;
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships;
- Superior written and verbal skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to details;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
