The Role: Junior Relationship Manager
The primary role of the Junior Relationship Manager is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence program. This includes building and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. The Golden residence Permit in Portugal spans over five years plus, which inspires a close professional bond between the professional and the clients.

The Role: Junior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
- The role requires expertise across the entire residency and citizenship program portfolio offered by H&P as well as the ability to communicate effectively and proactively
- Deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients
- Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits (when needed)
- Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed
- Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews
- Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications, and issue remediation
- Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the firm and its offerings with client needs
- Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application process
Qualifications
- Exposure to client-facing or customer support roles within financial services, insurance, banking, or other professional services
- Strong interest in developing client relationship and account management skills, with mentoring from senior team members
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage tasks independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required; experience with PowerPoint and CRM systems is a plus
- University degree will be considered as an advantage
- Interest in the immigration and/or investment industry; full training will be provided
- Motivation to grow international exposure and business development skills over time
